Request account deletion

Open the secure account-deletion form, or use the account-deletion controls in Tizi Profile/You settings. If you cannot sign in, email support@tizinamasta.com with subject “Tizi account deletion” from your account email where possible. We verify ownership proportionately. Do not send passwords or one-time codes in email.

What happens

Account deletion hides/deactivates your account and schedules permanent deletion after a 30-day recovery period. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion; you must explicitly confirm reactivation before the deadline. Purge checks run periodically, approximately hourly. A pause is not account deletion. The separate erase-data option removes supported optional content while keeping your sign-in account.

Copies and other rights

Some data can remain in existing backups, necessary legal/security records or copies others saved. We do not promise every backup disappears at day 30. Contact support for applicable deletion rights or additional handling; the recovery period does not override statutory deadlines or remedies. Revoking a device permission does not erase earlier uploads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
