Organizer and event details

Each event must identify the organizer, confirmed or tentative date/venue/course, eligibility, capacity, accessibility information and contact route. Unless expressly identified as the event organizer, Tizi provides platform tools. That does not exclude Tizi’s own legal responsibilities. A map or BIB is not a permit, medical clearance or safety guarantee.

Data and communication

Authorized event staff may receive runner name/contact details, city, age group, shirt size, target time, emergency contact, BIB and check-in information to administer that event. They do not receive blanket access to private workouts/messages. Tell your emergency contact about the details supplied. Event updates are distinct from optional marketing and promotional photography.

Payments, refunds and changes

A paid registration must show the actual seller, price/currency, taxes/fees, included benefits and event-specific cancellation/postponement/refund/transfer terms before payment. This notice imposes no blanket no-refund rule and authorizes no new charge. If those details are missing, contact the organizer before paying. Mandatory consumer rights apply. Tizi’s general terms do not invent an event’s fee, refund deadline, insurance or permit.

Acknowledgments and minors

Any event-specific release must identify the relevant event/parties and be separately presented for affirmative acceptance. Optional publicity/marketing consent is separate. Events may impose stricter age rules and require legally appropriate guardian authorization. This notice alone is not a liability waiver.
