How to request

Email support@tizinamasta.com with your account email/handle, request type and relevant country/state. You may request access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal, applicable opt-outs or appeal. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary identity/health documents by ordinary email. We use proportionate ownership/agent checks and an appropriate delivery method.

Review and deadlines

We respond under applicable legal deadlines and explain lawful extensions or refusals. Send “Privacy appeal” with your earlier request reference for review. We do not retaliate for exercising rights. Any applicable regulator, court or other statutory remedy remains available. Contractual support procedures do not override those rights.

Account deletion

Use the account controls or the account-deletion page. A pause is not deletion. Current deletion includes a 30-day recovery period and explicit reactivation choice, as explained in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot sign in or need an applicable request handled differently, contact support.
